The identity and information provided by whistleblowers are kept completely anonymous and confidential. In addition to the notification form, whistleblowers can upload supporting documents at any time. All metadata is automatically encrypted so that no conclusions can be drawn about the identity of the whistleblower.
ANONYMITY AND DATA PROTECTION HAVE TOP PRIORITY
To be able to report any misconduct via the Ratisbona Compliance system, whistleblowers are given a code in advance and then assigned a personal PIN. Both are required for future log-ins. Communication with Ratisbona Compliance ombudspersons is also only possible with a code. This ensures absolutely anonymous communication, as only the company's own platform is used.
