Erich Beer was admitted to the bar in 1999 after passing his law examinations and after working as a research assistant and assistant lecturer at the University of Regensburg. During his lecturing activities, which he still pursues today at various universities, he practiced law in law firms specialized in business and tax law, as well in one of the most traditional law firms in Regensburg. After deciding to go into into private practice, he was and still is active as a lawyer in an advisory and judicial capacity. He specializes in general civil law, including contract law at the interface with legal protection, as well as data protection law, banking and capital markets law. His many years of experience in the business world make him a competent and valued contact person.
Dr. Gerhard Lommer
HEAD OF HR & MEMBER OF LEGAL TEAM
After graduating in physics and completing his Ph. D. at the University of Regensburg, Dr. Gerhard Lommer gained extensive experience over 34 years in various positions and areas of responsibility at major enterprises. His stations include global champions such as Siemens, AMD and Infineon Technologies, where he held the position of senior director. Over many years, Dr. Lommer has managed hundreds of employees and thereby gained profound insights into labor law as well as the Works Constitution Act. Due to his numerous periods spent abroad, he is also familiar with different cultural environments. His practical experience and expertise, especially in production-related sectors, make Dr. Gerhard Lommer a main contributor to the legal team of Ratisbona Compliance.
